Worldwilde, there is a standard method used to photograph cows and bulls. These images show farmers the qualities of different breeds, to help them choose sperm from different types of bulls. Useful Photography #005 presents the legendary bull Lord lily amongst a selection of this daughters, appearing in alphabetical order. Sperm from Lord Lily is inseminated, which has lead to more than 150,000 descendants all over the world. Their photographs are taken by Alex Arkink, Judy Black, Cybil Fisher, Elly Geverink, Sylvie Gouin, Billy Heath, Han Hopman, Patty Jones, Alger Meekma, Wolfhard Schulze, Georgio Soldi, Jane Steel and Olav Vibild.
