Borrowing its title from a rock song written in 1955 and known to have many covers made of it, Louie Louie is a conference and workshop project devoted to repetition as a means of producing something new. Each of these events then led to an edition.

The publication was awarded the Fernand Baudin award in January 2011.

The publication was awarded the Fernand Baudin award in January 2011. This award distinguishes the books demonstrating the best quality both conceptually (edition and graphic design) and technically (printing and binding) in contemporary creation. Out of print
