Article 2 – Prices The prices of the editions are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping fees. The shipping fees will be estimated and charged based on La Poste’s Colissimo tariff schedule, according to the information provided. If you place an order for delivery to a country other than metropolitan France, you are considered the importer of the products. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may apply. These duties and charges are not within the association Cneai’s jurisdiction. They will be your responsibility and are entirely your obligation, in terms of both declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations of your country. We advise you to obtain information on these matters from your local authorities. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. The association Cneai reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the edition will be invoiced based on the current rate at the time of order validation and subject to availability. The products remain the property of the association Cneai until full payment of the price. Please note that once you physically take possession of the ordered editions, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

Furthermore, the website www.cneai.com is not intended to sell products in large quantities. Therefore, the association Cneai reserves the right to refuse orders for too many identical items.
